Keep your delivery location accessible for service, and review the prohibited-materials policy before loading. When you are finished, arrange pickup with the office or through your customer account. Do I need to know my pickup date when I book?
No. You can leave the expected end date blank if you do not know yet. An expected end date is an estimate, not a confirmed pickup appointment. Request pickup when you are ready, and review the posted additional-day terms if you need to keep the dumpster longer.
How do I request pickup or swap a full dumpster?
Contact the office, or sign in to your customer account and mark the dumpster full. Choose final pickup if you are finished, or a swap if you need an empty dumpster at the same location. The office coordinates service; submitting the request does not mean the dumpster has already been picked up.
